We recommend that you test your first urine in the morning or that you test your urine after holding it in the bladder for at least 4 hours. This will result in more accurate and reliable testing.
Wash your gential area thoroughly with soap and water. Make sure you rinse off all of the soap.
Remove a Test Stick from the sealed pouch.
After some urine has passed, hold the stick in your stream of urine for at least ten seconds. .
Lay the stick on a flat surface with the Result Windows facing up.
Read your results in two minutes
.Match the color of each test area to the color chart for that test.
